Zeta Global Holdings Corp. David A. Steinberg

Co-Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Zeta Global Holdings Corp. (ZETA)

Co-founded Zeta in 2007 with former Apple CEO John Sculley and has run it ever since, through a $10 IPO in June 2021 and the pivot from a marketing-database business into what the company now calls an intelligent AI infrastructure platform. He holds all 23,638,426 shares of Class B stock, which carry ten votes each and give him roughly 51% of the voting power, so Zeta is a controlled company. Previously founded InPhonic and was chairman and CEO of Sterling Cellular; he also chairs CAIVIS Investment Company, Kica Investments and On Demand Pharmaceuticals.
