1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using r40.io and any related pages, feeds, or data files (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Giago Software Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@r40.io.

2) The Service

The Service publishes company research, historical fundamentals, earnings coverage, forward operating models, and market data for informational purposes only. It does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing on it is a personal recommendation.

We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, or fund manager, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or by any other financial regulator. Using the Service creates no advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and us.

3) No Investment Advice or Reliance

Everything on the Service is general information published to the world at large. It takes no account of your objectives, financial situation, tax position, or risk tolerance.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and for verifying anything you rely on against primary sources before acting. Past performance and historical figures do not predict future results. Investments can fall as well as rise, and you can lose the whole amount you invest.

4) Models, Estimates, and Forward-Looking Figures

Our models, scenarios, price paths, and projections are our own assumptions applied to public data. They are opinions, not forecasts of fact, and not price targets. Model outputs change when we change the assumptions behind them, and figures we mark as assumed or derived are exactly that — they are not company disclosures.

Where a page distinguishes disclosed, derived, and assumed figures, that distinction is part of the content. Do not restate an assumed number as a reported one.

5) Accuracy of Data

We source data from company filings, investor-relations material, earnings calls, exchange and market-data providers, and other public sources. We check what we publish, but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete, current, or free from transcription or source error.

Prices and market data on the Service are delayed and are provided for reference only. They are not a quotation, an execution price, or a valuation, and must not be used for trading, pricing, settlement, accounting, collateral, or benchmark purposes.

Some content on the Service is produced or assisted by automated and AI-based tooling under human review. This does not change the disclaimers above.

6) Third-Party Data and Attribution

Portions of the Service are derived from third-party sources, including SEC EDGAR filings, exchange and market-data vendors, and company investor-relations publications. Those sources remain the property of their owners and are used subject to their own terms. Where a source imposes restrictions on redistribution, those restrictions pass through to you.

The Service may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, data, or practices.

7) Licence and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and use the Service for your own research. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the page you took them from.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of the Service's data, models, or content, or build a competing data product from them;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service beyond ordinary browsing and our published feeds, or circumvent rate limits or access controls;
• use the Service or its outputs to train machine-learning models without our written permission;
• present our content as your own, as advice, or as the output of a regulated adviser;
• misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

8) Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, model specifications, charts, and page design are owned by Giago Software Ltd and protected by applicable law. Third-party data and trademarks remain the property of their owners; company names, tickers, and logos are used for identification only and imply no endorsement or affiliation.

9) Accounts, Paid Plans, and Advertising

The Service does not currently offer public accounts or paid subscriptions. Administrative accounts are restricted to our own staff, and the holder of such an account is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for everything done under it.

If we later offer paid plans, the applicable pricing, renewal, and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase and these Terms will be updated before that happens.

We do not accept payment for coverage, ratings, or placement of any company on the Service. If any content is ever sponsored or otherwise compensated, it will be labelled as such on the page.

10) Positions and Conflicts

We, our staff, and our contributors may hold positions in the securities discussed on the Service, and those positions may change at any time without notice or disclosure on the page. Nothing on the Service should be read as an invitation, inducement, or offer to buy or sell any security.

11) Jurisdiction and Eligibility

The Service is published from the United Kingdom and is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where publishing or using it would be contrary to local law or regulation. You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you, and for using the Service only if you may lawfully do so.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

12) Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, and may withdraw or change any part of the Service, at any time and without notice, including for breach of these Terms.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use is at your own risk.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giago Software Ltd is not liable for any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service — including any inaccuracy, delay, omission, or interruption in the data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim and GBP 100.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your redistribution of content from the Service.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where local law gives them that right.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
