Q2 FY2027 Sep 2, 2026 Ramaswamy's argument was that Snowflake has stopped being a data warehouse that added AI and become the control plane enterprises run agents on — and that the financial evidence is acceleration, which is the rare shape at this size. Product revenue grew 37%, a third consecutive quarter of acceleration and seven points added in two quarters from the 30% Snowflake exited last fiscal year at. He gave the customer count the release withholds, 14,554, and the number that shows depth rather than breadth: 65 customers now past $10 million of trailing-12-month product revenue. The AI products carried the story — CoCo past 9,100 accounts having added more than 2,000 in the quarter, CoWork at 5,800 and up nearly 11% sequentially — and he spent an unusual amount of time on Snowflake running them against its own cost base, from $400,000 of agency spend removed in marketing to a three-person planning team replaced by one analyst. That is the same argument as the margin line: the company raised its full-year product revenue guide to $6.07 billion and its operating margin guide to 14.5% while adding 334 employees year to date against 935 a year ago, 173 of this year's coming from the Observe acquisition.
