Siemens AG Roland Busch

President and Chief Executive Officer, Siemens AG (SIEGY)

A Siemens lifer — he joined in 1994, ran Mobility and then the technology and strategy office, and took the CEO seat in February 2021. His public argument is the “ONE Tech Company” programme: pushing Siemens' automation, building and rail hardware onto a single software and AI stack, with the Xcelerator platform and the $10.6 billion Altair acquisition as the concrete steps. He fronts the quarterly results call and owns the digital-business growth target the company reports against — 18% growth in the first nine months of fiscal 2026 against a 15% target.
