Earnings calls

  1. Q4 FY2026 Jul 29, 2026 Jejurikar's argument was that fiscal 2026 bought P&G a foundation rather than a result: organic sales grew 1%, core EPS 1%, and both landed inside the guidance he set a year ago, but the case he made for the year ahead rested on user growth rather than pricing. He pointed to global share flat after a long decline, share growth in China for the first time in fifteen quarters, and a US in which half of P&G's top customers were holding or growing share in the second half against under a tenth in the first. His proof of concept was Tide: the biggest upgrade to original Tide liquid in two decades, sold at the same price, which took a quarter of the Tide user base from decline to high-single-digit growth and beat what the team had modelled. From that he drew the fiscal-2027 plan — strengthen the core propositions consumers already buy, add the adjacencies with expandable consumption, and accept that the line will not be straight from quarter to quarter.
