Nobody has researched this person's career yet, so founder and track record are left out of the score and of the total above.

Score = stake band (35) + founder (15) + tenure (10) + track record (15) + 12-month direction (−10…15) + filing discipline (10). An axis we have not researched is left out of the score and of the total it is shown over. Every input links to a filing or to our own research; the bands are ours.

Why the two headline numbers differ

The 13G/A cover page counts the 51.0M shares the person can vote today. The Forms 4 add 2.0M more — typically an award that has not vested, which the person disclaims until it does. Never add them together.

CRWV: 2,021,973 shares on the Section 16 filings are excluded from the SCHEDULE 13G/A figure — read the cover page for why.

Reported is every lot on the person's own Forms 3, 4 and 5 — direct and through trusts. Beneficial is the figure stated on the latest Schedule 13D/G cover page, which can exclude shares the person disclaims and include options exercisable within 60 days, so the two are never added together.

Earnings calls

  1. Q2 2026 Aug 11, 2026 Intrator argued that CoreWeave has passed the point where scale stops costing money and starts making it: contracts signed in the quarter carry contribution margins 5 to 10 points above recent ones, near-term capacity is effectively sold out, and pricing on Blackwell and Vera Rubin is setting new highs while older SKUs hold their price. He spent most of the call attacking the depreciation bear case directly — a 2020-architecture A100 was just re-contracted out to 2029 — and refused the training-versus-inference distinction entirely, saying you build AI infrastructure and it serves the whole loop. The financing argument was the other half: the shorter-dated DDTL 5.5 facility, closed the day before the print, exists so CoreWeave can sell two- and three-year contracts to enterprises, a market he says was not accessible before.
